Ingredients

• 1 oz Lit Ultra Premium Vodka
• Juice of 1/2 of a blood orange.
• Juice of 1/2 of a lime
• 8 mint leaves
• 2 oz chilled ginger beer
• Chilled champagne for topping
• Fresh slices of Blood Orange
  

Recipe

1. In a mixing tin combine ingredients with ice and shake until chilled (besides the mint and champagne)
2. Strain into a flute glass
3. Top with a splash of your favorite champagne!
4. Garnish with fresh blood orange slices and mint leaves.
